Loan Modification Programs
We will pre-qualify you for all federal loan modification and
lender programs, while protecting your rights. We will advise you of
all your options and the best strategy to protect your home. The
following are the most common federal loan modification programs
offered by President Obama.
Even if your lender
said, "you do not qualify for loan modification", we can help. We
offer loan modification and foreclosure defense services.
HAMP – The Home Affordable Modification
Program. If you are having difficulty making your monthly payments you
may qualify for a loan modification, which allows you to lower you
monthly payments by up to half. You MAY be able to lower your interest
rate as low as 2%, obtain a fixed lower monthly payment, and prevent
foreclosure.
HARP - HARP (Home Affordable Refinance Program) and HAMP (Home
Affordable Modification Program). Both these programs give you an
opportunity to refinance your loan. If you are stuck with an
underwater mortgage with a value of 105% to 125% of the property, then
you can apply for refinancing under HARP. You will have to fulfill
certain eligibility criteria in order to get benefits under HARP.
Various aspects
such as your credit history,
the structure of the loan and the specific lender guidelines would
determine if you qualify for HARP.
HASP - stands for
Homeowner Affordability and Stability Plan.
Provide
Access to Low-Cost Refinancing
for Responsible Homeowners Suffering From Falling Home Prices: Under
current rules, most families who owe more than 80 percent of the value
of their homes have a difficult time securing refinancing. Yet
millions of responsible homeowners who put money down and made their
mortgage payments on time have – through no fault of their own – seen
the value of their homes drop low enough to make them unable to access
these lower rates.
We prepare the
documents and negotiate on your behalf with the lender to get you the
best loan modification program available. |
